Equipment : gas cooker, fridge, washing machine, micro-wave, coffee machine, bread toaster, iron, T.V., CD player, baby equipment (collapsible cot + high chair on demand + baby bath + changing mattress).

 

 

Interior arrangement and furnishing: 

Tiled floor all over except in bedrooms (wooden floor), wainscoted bottom walls.

- Living room:  table + four chairs, a small sofa, a cane chair, a small Godin wooden stove, a dresser

and two wall shelves..

- Cooking area: water heater, gas cooker, single tub sink, fridge, big wall shelves and cupboards with drawers that can be

used as worktops.

- Bedroom 1:  double bed, wardrobe, two bedside tables with a lamp and a chair.

- Bedroom 2:  2 single beds, chest of drawers, two bracket lamps and a chair.

- Bathroom: shower with curtain, wash-basin, towel hanger, small cupboard and washing machine.

- Toilets.

Outside features:

Wooden terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs.

Fire wood shelter at the back of the house with some parking space for bicycles.

Brick-built barbecue.

Play area nearby (log cabin, toboggan, swing).

Weekends (not in holiday season): 50 euros per night or day.

 

 

The "Taxe de séjour" is to be added to previously given prices. It is due from April 1st to September 30th. It is 0,88 € per day, per person from 13 and over.
