-Cooking area: fridge, double tub sink, gas cooker.
Fitted kitchen with cupboards, big wall shelves and a large worktop with a big chopping board and underneath cupboards and drawers.
-Dining room: large table with six seats, dresser cupboard, fireplace.
-Bathroom: shower, wash-bowl, shelves, towel-rail and clothes-hanger.
-Living room: Large sofa + small couch, bookshelves, music and DVD players and T.V.
Wooden floor and ceiling with exposed beams. Large sliding French window opening onto a duckboard patio.
-Boxroom: washing machine, shelves, washing tub. Toilets are next to the boxroom.

On the top floor :

Two wooden panelled bedrooms with a wooden floor:
-Bedroom 1: rather spacious, with one double bed, a chest of drawers, shelves, stools and chair.
-Bedroom 2: smaller, with one double bed, a linen cupboard, an open wardrobe, an armchair, a chair and a mirror.

Wooden patio at the front East side of the house.
Two pergolas facing South, covered with wisteria, honeysuckle, winter jasmin and wild wine.
Medecinal herb beds and fruit treesnext to the house.
Outside table with bench, chairs, armchairs and deckchairs.

The prices include charges ( water, electricity and gaz ).
Burning wood is free.

Cleaning and household linen are not included in rent price.
Cleaning will be done by the tenant or can be taken as an extra charge.
The tenant will have to bring its own household linen.

The "Taxe de séjour" is to be added to previously given prices.
